Andrea Cicconetti
Andrea is an Italian Patent and Trademark Attorney, an European Patent Attorney, and an European Union Trademark and Design Attorney.
Andrea graduated in 1993 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Bologna.
After working for five years as a design engineer in the research and development department of a large company producing automatic machines, in 2000 he began his experience in the industrial and intellectual property working subsequently in two different firms.
Andrea manages the clients’ patents and trademarks portfolios and has consolidated experience in drawing, filing and prosecuting patents in Italy and worldwide, with particular specialization in the field of automatic machines, machine tools, robotics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
He also conducts patent searches, drafts technical opinions on interference and freedom to operate, and provides technical expertise in lawsuits.
Andrea speaks English and knows French.

Cristiana Agazzani
Cristiana is an Italian and European Union Trademark and Design Attorney.
Cristiana graduated in 1994 with a degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Bologna.
She worked for a famous multinational company in the clothing sector before joining the trademark staff of an industrial and intellectual property firm in 2001.
Cristiana has consolidated experience in managing trademarks, design, copyrights, domain names and, especially, in trademark searches, in the filing and in the procedures for registration, opposition and cancellation, in drawing up contracts for assignment, transfers and licensing of trademarks and patents, and in providing assistance in extrajudicial disputes.
She also assists her clients in order to identify and manage funds provided for the companies that innovate and in relation to industrial property.
Cristiana speaks English and knows French.

Nicola Patella
Nicola completed his traineeship to become an Italian Patent and Design Attorney.
He graduated in Energy Engineering in 2012 and then obtained the Master’s Degree in Electrical Energy Engineering in 2015 at the University of Padua.
After graduation he worked for three years in an Energy Service Company (ESCO) in the design and construction of electricity generation plants from renewable sources and in lighting design.
Subsequently he worked in an IP Firm in Bologna, drafting, filing and managing prosecution of patent applications in Italy and abroad. Since 2021 he has been part of the Accapi team. Dal 2021 fa parte del team di ACCAPI.
Nicola is a native Italian speaker, he also speaks English. —
Valentina Pinton
Valentina is an Italian and European Design and Trademark Attorney trainee.
She graduated in Law from the University of Trieste in 2014 and then obtained a master’s degree in International Business Law at the Leeds Beckett University, United Kingdom, in 2016.
She worked in an industrial and intellectual property firm dealing with Trademark and Patent registration procedures in Italy and abroad for five years and then began her traineeship as a Design and Trademark Attorney trainee at ACCAPI in 2021.
Valentina is a native Italian speaker; she also speaks English. —
Andrea Martinec
Andrea works in Trademark Department of Accapi.
She graduated in Tourism Science and started working as an assistant at a law firm where she remained there for ten years.
In 2015 she continued her working experience at a leading international law firm in corporate law, assisting a large team of lawyers specializing in corporate and commercial law.
In 2019 she joined the operational staff of an IP firm, assisting professionals with online filings and with management of judicial and extrajudicial procedures.
Since 2022 she has been part of the Accapi staff, dealing with preparation and filing of applications for the registration of Trademark and Design, she also relates to customers and foreign associates.
Andrea is a Croatian native speaker, she also speaks Italian and English. —
Anahita Arefi
Anahita works in the Patent Department of Accapi.
She graduated in Physics in 2015 from Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran in Iran. After graduation, Anahita moved to Bologna where she obtained a second degree in Foreign Languages and Literature at the University of Bologna in 2020.
Before joining the Accapi staff she worked as a highschool teacher in maths and physics and as interpreter in cultural events and trade fairs. At Accapi she deals with drafting, filing and managing prosecution of patent applications in Italy and abroad.
Anahita is a native Farsi speaker; she also speaks English, Italian, French and Arabic. —
Federica Losacco
Federica is responsible for the Administration department of Accapi.
She graduated in accounting and started working in an accounting firm where she developed administrative tasks for five years. She then continued her work experience in a real estate company, and held assignments of increasing responsibility up to operate as the legal representative of the company. During this experience she was also the administrative manager for eight years of a well-known hotel in the city of Bologna managed by the company she worked for.
Since 2021 she has joined the Accapi team.
Federica is a native Italian speaker; she also speaks English. —
